ChES organizes seminars on various topics by experts as a part of the annual technical fest of the department, Chemplus.
Informal Events
ChES conducts various informal events to give the much needed break from the hectic schedule and have fun with our batchmates. The ‘Wolf Nite’ starts early in the night by playing the strategic game of Wolf which goes on for hours till the next morning.
Ethnic Day
The ethnic day is one of the most awaited events of the Chemie junta to celebrate the rich traditions and the vibrancy of Indian diversity. It's a fun-filled day on which students don their best ethnic outfits to showcase their regional traditions and engage in various events organized for the day.
Orientation Sessions
The Chemical Engineering Society’s plethora of year-long events kickstarted with the ChES Virtual Night on 2nd October to welcome the PG freshies. The event was a wonderful opportunity for students to orient themselves with the department by involving in interactions with the professors and intriguing Q&A session.
Chem-Sports
ChES organizes tournaments for various sports where everyone from freshies to seniors get an opportunity to show off their skills and devotion.
Freshie Day-Out
ChES organizes freshies day out to let them explore the beautiful places around the college and develop strong bonds with their batchmates. What else can be more beautiful than a beach day with friends? An early morning cycle ride to Bessy (Edward Elliot's beach) to enjoy the beautiful sunrise would be the first and fondest freshie memories in the campus life.
